Are you passionate about the automotive industry with a solid background in parts and lubricants Do you have the people skills to match your technical knowledge Our client is looking for a Counter Sales Representative who brings expertise energy and excellent customer service to every interaction Key Responsibilities Serve walk in and call in customers with a friendly professional attitude Provide expert advice on automotive and agricultural parts specifically bearings hydraulic fluids and lubrication fluids Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or alternatives Process sales orders returns and inquiries efficiently Maintain product knowledge to ensure accurate information and solutions Assist with stock control displays and general store operations Requirements Proven experience in a counter sales or parts advisory role automotive or agricultural industries preferred Strong knowledge of bearings hydraulic systems and lubrication fluids Familiarity with the agricultural sector and its unique equipment needs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
